Mold can be of many colors and it can grow where you can see it as well as
hidden inside walls, ceilings, floors, attics, basements, crawl spaces,
heating/cooling equipment and ducts, and window air conditioners.
Air conditioning
mold growth is a common and very big threat to occupants' health. Mold grows readily grow when it
has both adequate water or moisture and food to eat (cellulose-based materials like wood, plywood,
drywall, MDF (used in cheap furniture construction), carpeting, padding, and
papers.
